2. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Once canceled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to the premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate charges caused by a billing error or prolonged, undocumented technical outages on our end that prevent access to the service for multiple consecutive days.
